    Registration

    The Central Asian Endourology Congress 2026 (CAEC26) is a premier international scientific and educational event dedicated to endourology and minimally invasive urological surgery. CAEC26 offers a high-level academic program designed to translate innovation and evidence into daily clinical practice.

    The CAEC25 demonstrated strong international engagement, with 532 onsite and 112 online registrations, 438 in-person attendees, and near-full venue capacity. The scientific program was delivered by 26 international and regional expert faculty members, reflecting CAEC’s credibility and growing global recognition.

    CAEC25 has hosted has hosted world-renowned leaders in endourology, including Arthur Smith, Peter Alken, Bhaskar Somani, Laurian Dragos, and Vineet Gauhar, among many other distinguished international and regional experts.

    Registration for CAEC26 provides access to state-of-the-art lectures, live and semi-live surgical sessions, and expert panel discussions.     How to register

    Please follow the steps in the exact order below:

    1. Open the Google Registration Form

      Access the official congress Google Form.

    2. Free Ticket Question

      When asked “I want to apply for a free ticket (for students, residents, ordinators)”, select NO.

    3. Fill in Your Personal Information

      Complete all required fields, including:

      • Full name

      • Email address

      • Phone number

      • etc

    4. Make Payment on iTicket.uz

      Open the official iTicket.uz event page and complete payment for the congress.

    5. Upload Payment Receipt

      Return to the Google Form and attach your iTicket payment receipt (PDF / JPG / PNG).

    6. Submit the Google Form

      Review your details and submit the form to complete registration.


    Important: Registration is considered complete only after the Google Form is submitted with a valid payment receipt attached.

    Please follow the steps in the exact order below:

      Access the official congress Google Form.

    2. Apply for a Free Ticket

      When asked “I want to apply for a free ticket (for students, residents, ordinators)”, select YES.

    3. Fill in Required Information

      Complete all mandatory fields, including:

      • Full name

      • Email address

      • Phone number

      • University / hospital / institution

      • Current status (student, resident, ordinator)

    4. Upload Proof of Status (Credentials)

      Attach valid supporting documents (e.g. student ID, residency certificate, official letter).

      Accepted formats: PDF / JPG / PNG.

    5. Submit the Google Form

      Ensure all information and documents are correctly uploaded, then submit the form.

    6. Wait for Verification and Approval

      Your application will be reviewed.

      If approved, you will receive a confirmation by email.


    Important notes:

    • No payment is required at this stage.

    • Free seats are limited and subject to verification.

    • Incomplete or unclear credentials may lead to rejection.


    This process ensures fair allocation of free congress seats to eligible participants.

    Practicing Physicians & Healthcare Professionals

    • Fee: USD 100

    • Payment is required via the official registration process.

    Students, Residents, and Ordinators

    • Fee: Free of charge

    • Eligibility is subject to verification of valid credentials (student ID, residency/ordinator proof).

    • Free seats are limited and require approval.

    All registrations are confirmed only after successful completion of the required verification or payment steps

    Eligibility Verification & Payment Policy  

    • Proof of Status (Mandatory) 
      Residents, medical students, and ordinators registering for
      free attendance are required to upload valid proof of status during registration.

      Accepted documents include:

      • Institutional ID card
      • Official letter from the university or training hospital
      • Residency/ordinator certificate
      • Any other official document clearly confirming current student or resident status

      Submissions without valid documentation will not be approved for free registration. 

      Registration Fee for
      Practicing Physicians
      • Registration fee: USD 100
      • After successful registration, an official invoice will be sent to the registered email address.
      • Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation.

      Important Notes
      • Uploaded documents are used solely for verification purposes.
      • The organizing committee reserves the right to request additional documentation if needed.
      • Incomplete or unverifiable registrations may be rejected.
